On this Section 1: What do we do with your information?

As part of the buying and selling process, when you buy a product/service in our shop, we do collect personal information about you, in this case, your name, address, and email address.

In addition, we automatically receive the internet protocol (IP) address of your computer when you view our store. This does not identify your name, address, or any other information; however, it gives us information that will allow us to learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4: PLATFORM & PAYMENTS

Our shop is located in an SSL-based e-commerce site which allows us to market our goods and services to you.

The data of yours is maintained with the help of the secured data storage, databases, and application belonging to the platform. It is kept on a firewall-protected server.

Payment:

In case you select an option of paying through direct payment gateway to finalize your purchase, our payment processor may store your credit card/payment information. It is converted to cipher using the Payment Card Industry Data Security (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is retained only to the extent of your transaction. Once that is done, the purchase transaction information is removed.

The PCI-DSS implementation based on the standards issued by the PCI Security Standards Council managed by the joint work of well-known brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover is applied to all direct payment gateways.

Collection and protection of credit data Using PCI-DSS requirements, we are able to make sure that credit card data is processed safely by our shop and its partners.

 

SECTION 5 Third-Party Services

Overall, the third-party providers with whom we deal will purely collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent that it is permissible to enable them to deliver the services they offer to us.

But, some third-party service providers like payment gateways and shipping partners have their privacy policies regarding the details that we must submit them to facilitate your purchase-related transactions.
